BATH TWP. -- A late charge by Revere's girls basketball team wasn't enough as Rocky River survived Monday with a 59-56 overtime win in non-conference play.
The Minutemen (6-4) forced overtime with a 13-10 run in the fourth, but couldn't slow down the Pirates (5-0) in the extra session as their three-game win streak came to an end.
Adison Novosel had a team-best 18 for Revere, with Jeanne Hujer (11 points) and Emma Drushell (10) putting together strong nights.
Rocky River freshman Ava Patti had a game-high 19 points, all coming in the final three quarters of regulation.
