Senior Signing Video - March 25, 2026

On Wednesday, March 25, 2026 we held our annual Senior Athletic Signing Day.  On that sunny Wednesday before Spring Break, we had twelve Seniors who have plans to continue their athletic careers at the Collegiate level and participated in signing day. We had students sign at DI, DII and DIII schools.  You can find the Senior Signing video by clicking the three white lines on the top left side of the main page of the Athletic Website under the PHOTOS tab.The Revere Athletic Department wants to congratulate the entire Class of 2026 on their graduation and wish them the very best on all of their future plans!

Winter Sports Pictures are fast approaching!  Boys and Girls Basketball, Cheer and  Boys and Girls Swim/Dive will have their Pictures taken NEXT Wednesday, November 19, 2025.  Attached is the schedule for the day.  Wrestling will have their pictures taken on Thursday, December 4, 2025.   All Winter Sports Seniors (Basketball, Cheer, Swim/Dive and Wrestling) will get their Senior Banner Pictures taken on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. All Banner information is included on the attached schedule. Boys Middle School Wrestling vs. Milkovich Middle School - 1-31-26

Last Saturday, January 31st, 2026, the Revere Middle School wrestling team traveled to Maple Heights High School to take part in the 2026 Milkovich Middle School Invitational Tournament.  This was the 53rd time this tournament has run; making it one of the oldest middle school wrestling tournaments in the northeast Ohio area.At the end of the tournament, our wrestlers had competed in 28 individual matches against wrestlers from the 11 other teams that had come to wrestle at the Maple Heights Athletic Complex. Individually, due to illness and injury, 10 wrestlers had an opportunity to represent Revere, and 5 of our 10 wrestlers finished in the top four in his respective weight class.  Our first place CHAMPION wrestler for REVERE was:  Jackson Patton at 86 lbs. Last Saturday, January 17th, 2026, the Revere Middle School wrestling team traveled to Norwalk High School to take part in the 2026 Norwalk Middle School Invitational Tournament.  This tournament gave our wrestlers an opportunity to compete against teams from outside the northeast Ohio area.At the end of the tournament, our wrestlers had competed in 25 individual matches against wrestlers from the 17 other teams that had come to wrestle at Norwalk High School. Individually, due to illness and injury, 9 wrestlers had an opportunity to represent Revere,and 1 of our 9 wrestlers finished in the top six in his respective weight class.  Our first place CHAMPION wrestler for REVERE was:Phoenix Zelinski at 122 lbs. On Wednesday afternoon, January 21st, our middle school wrestling team hosted their final home competition of the season as they took on Highland Middle School in a Suburban League dual. Highland jumped out to an early lead, winning five of the first six weight classes. Revere closed the gap by winning the next three weight classes and making the score 24 - 21 in favor of Highland. This past Saturday, January 10th, 2026, the Revere Middle School wrestling team traveled to Uniontown to take part in the 2026 Lake Middle School Blue Streaks Invitational Tournament.  This is a very prestigious middle school wrestling tournament with outstanding wrestling programs from all over northeast Ohio.At the end of the tournament, our wrestlers had competed in 39 individual matches against wrestlers from the 15 other teams that had come to wrestle at the Lake Athletic Complex. Individually, 12 wrestlers had an opportunity to represent Revere, and 4 of our 12 wrestlers finished in the top six in his respective weight class.  Our first place CHAMPION wrestlers for REVERE were: Jackson Patton at 92 lbs..  Patton is currently 19 - 6 on the season with 12 pins.Jackson Halsey at 172 lbs..  Halsey is currently 17 - 2 on the season with 11 pins. Finishing in second place for Revere was:Phoenix Zelinski at 128 lbs. Finishing in fifth pl

On Wednesday afternoon, January 7th, our middle school wrestling team hosted their first home competition of the season as they took on neighborhood rival Copley Middle School and Cuyahoga Falls Middle School in two Suburban League duals. The first dual of the afternoon was against Copley Middle School.Revere lost the first two weight classes, but then proceeded to win in the next six weight classes; taking a 36 - 11 lead.Copley came back to win three in a row, but Revere finished with two consecutive pins by the dynamic duo of Levi Shenigo and Jackson Halsey. The final team score:   Revere  48   and   Copley  29 Winning by PIN for REVERE:Jackson Patton at 98 lbs., Greyson Halsey at 104 lbs., Christian Santillan at 116 lbs., Levi Shenigo at 160 lbs., and Jackson Halsey at 205 lbs. Winning by FORFEIT for REVERE:Quinn Palmier at 110 lbs.,  Isaac Bibro at 122 lbs., and Phoenix Zelinski at 128 lb
