Last night, Wednesday, December 7, the Girls Swim Team improved their record to 2-0 with a 109-53 win over Tallmadge. Julia Grandon, Kajsa Martynyuk, Abby DiSalvo, and all three relay teams came in 1st place (Kayla Smith, Carla Nemer, DiSalvo and Martynyuk in the medley relay; Tarini Gowda, Emmy Schmidt, Grandon and Emery Banks in 200 free relay; and Banks, Martynyuk, Schmidt and DiSalvo in the 400 free relay.) The following ladies recorded new best times- freshman Kajsa Martynyuk, Ella Stalnaker, Rosa Parsons; sophomore Camryn Bir and senior Abby DiSalvo.
The next meet for the swim teams is Wednesday, December 14th versus Barberton.
