The boys swim team also came in 2nd place at SL Champs with a score of 298. The following scored in top 3 for the SL-American Conference: 200 medley relay team (Brody Bard, Peter Shockey, Alex Koutris and Zack Koutris), 2nd place; Bard 3rd place in 200 free; ZKoutris 3rd in 200 IM and 2nd place in 500 free; AKoutris 1st place in both the 50 free and butterfly; 200 free relay team (Owen Willaman, William Sveda, Pace Catlett, and John Shockey), 3rd place; and the 400 free relay team (Bard, Shockey and the Koutris brothers), 1st place.
The team placement was a whole team effort with lots of personal bests and great swims. The teams compete again on Friday at home vs Highland starting at 4:30 pm.
