The Girls Varsity Tennis team defeated the Kent Roosevelt Rough Riders 5-0 on Tuesday, September 18th.

Amy Lazbin and Nina Lazbin blasted through their singles matches with quick 2 setter wins.  The doubles team of Maggie Pavlick and Jenny Fan won their match 6-1, 6-1 while the 2nd doubles team of Molly Oldham and Margaux Miller captured a winning match 6-0, 6-0.  The big win of the evening went to freshman Morgan Dobos who fought through a competitive 3 set match against Maya McDaniel to win6-3, 2-6, 6-3.  The Lady Minutemen are now 9-3 overall and 3-1 in the Suburban League.  Tomorrow they will travel to face Tallmadge.
