The Revere Girls Cross Country Team earned Revere's 3rd ever Suburban League Girls Cross Country Championship this weekend! The team scored an impressive 29 points which was the lowest point total for any varsity team that day on the American or National side for either gender.
After finishing runner-up the previous two years, Senior Megan Diulus led the way by earning her 1st Suburban League Individual championship. Megan also earned the distinction of Suburban League Runner of the year. Next across the finish line was Suburban league Runner-up Ellie Meech. Keirra Lang followed close behind in 4th place while Caroline Wilson finished soon after in 6th. All 3 athletes earned first team All-Suburban League with their top 10 finishes. Laura Wagner and Allyson Schultz were next across the line to finish in the top 20 and earn 2nd team All-League honors. Charlotte Keenan placed 25th to secure Suburban League Honorable Mention, while Kayla Beard, Ally Meixner, and Kayla Kephart ran strong races to better their times at this course from earlier this season.
The Revere JV team was also the first place American League team on Saturday! Rosa Parsons led the way with an impressive PR and a top 10 finish. Kajsa Martynyuk, Kate Wilson, Dee Dee Sawan, and Kate Fuller completed the team's scoring five with strong performances.
