Revere Girls XC runs well at Boardman

On Saturday, the girls cross country team competed at the Boardman Spartan invitational against athletes from 43 different schools in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The team ran well in a crowded field to take home a 5th place plaque in the division 1 race. Megan Diulus led the team with a top 20 finish, while Ellie Meech finished in the top 30. Keirra Lang, Caroline Wilson and Laura Wagner all finished in the top 80 out of nearly 320 runners to complete Revere's scoring team. Allyson Schultz, Charlotte Keenan, Kayla Kephart and Kayla Beard all ran well in this large race as part of our varsity team.
The JV team also put forth a strong performance by placing 9th overall. Ally Meixner, Kajsa Martynyuk, Kate Wilson, Dee Dee Sawan, and Lily Fox all ran well as they made up the team's scoring five.Laila Bennett led Revere in the open race with one of her best times of the season. This was a great day of running for Revere!
