Boys Varsity Wrestling - Jeff Suglio Memorial Minutemen Duals - 1-6-24

On Saturday the varsity wrestling team hosted the annual Jeff Suglio Memorial Minutemen Duals. The team finished 3-2 on the day with wins over Boardman, St. Ignatius, and Barberton. Losses came to Cloverleaf and Marlington. Strong individual performances came from undefeated wrestlers John Samartano, Sal Bonacuse, and Colin Jocek, with Mason Massouh, Mario Brienza, Aidan Jones, and Parker Jones all going 4-1. Great job guys! The team travels to Firestone High School this Friday and Saturday for the Bill Dies Memorial Wrestling tournament... be sure to wish them luck!
