Both Boys Junior Varsity and Varsity Lacrosse beat Canfield on Saturday, March 19th in their 2022 season opener.  

Junior Varsity kicked off the day with a 4-1 win aided by Carter McKinnon racking up 4 goals with assists from Kyle Davis, Krish LeClaire, and Nate Smith.

Varsity completed the day with a dominating performance resulting in a 15-1 victory over Canfield:

Senior Trevor Gaskin lead with 3 goals and 3 assists

Junior Braylon Li scored 4 goals and 1 assist

Sophomore Peyton Li followed with 2 goals and 3 assists

Senior Graham Chelovitz scored 2 goals with 1 assist

Sophomore Jack Repie had 2 goals and 1 assist

Sophomore Cade Li rounded out the Midfield line with 1 goal

And- 

Junior Defensive Middie, Jack Morris, scores his 1st goal of the season!

The Defense was anchored by Senior Goalie Garin Stearns who had 16 saves and only allowed 1 Goal.

On that note we would like to recognize and congratulate Garin Stearns on his acceptance as a student-athlete and Goalie with the Men's Lacrosse program at Alma College in Michigan.  Garin was recruited, signed, and will compete in the NCAA Division 3 next year.
